‘’Jen's Bing‘’ it's a combination with Jenny's and Bing.
Jenny-the chef/owner of Jen's Bing, she is a Taiwanese girl who has the passionate about cooking and always wants to show people how delicious Taiwanese food is.
"Bing" means pancake, crepe or tortilla in Mandarin. "Jen Bing" in Mandarin means the way how we bake the pancake in Taiwan.
Story
Jen’s Bing is a Food trailer & catering that serves Taiwanese local street food in the Netherlands.
Specialising in Bing, which literally means baked bing, we make our Bings daily in the kitchen.
In addition to Bing, all of our ingredients much as bubble, tea leaves and spices are original from Taiwan. Our goal is to serve the most popular and traditional Taiwanese food in Europe. Wanna discover the taste of Taiwan?! Come to Jen's Bing!
Jen’s Bing began in 2019 as a food trailer stand on Ten Katemarkt.

I grew up in Taichung Taiwan, a food town in the middle of Taiwan. We not only have lots of street food in the night markets but also have the trendiest restaurants in Taichung. The food industry in Taichung is very competitive, that’s why we -Taichungese are very sensitive and picky about food.
I come from a big family, I have 2 older sisters and one younger brother.
Like every modern family, both my parents were working professionals. But no matter what, my mom and my dad always managed to prepare fresh homemade meals for my siblings and me every single day.
So I was always in the kitchen with my mom to see how could she make such delicious meals every day. Thus, the interest in cooking has taken root in my heart and homemade fresh and nutritious meals prepared are always a huge part of my life.
Legend - Brand Mascot
She is a very sweet cat girl who born in 2009. She was adopted in late 2017, officially became a city cat in Amsterdam.
Legend is shy but after a few hours, she can be a friend with you. While Jenny is cooking, Legend always walking around in the kitchen, and meowing! meowing! meowing! which means she also wanna try!
Yes, she is a foodie cat, love enjoying in eating good food. So when we are thinking about what should be our logo, Legend immediately became the first choice.
Now, she is Jens'bing's brand representative!
